THEFT REPORT FOR HOME ON HWY 72 WEST

On 2-28-14 a theft report was filed from a home on Hwy 72 west.  The report stated that $1300, a check book, and a bank deposit slip were taken by Rose Manor.  Manor was cleaning the victim’s home and had been told not to go into the bedroom.  That’s where the victim had her purse and the money.  The victim stated that when Manor left she immediately checked her purse because Manor had come from the bedroom.  The money and other items were gone.  On 3-3-14 Manor was interviewed and denied the theft.  As result of conversation with the DA’s office Manor was charged with Theft of Property 2nd degree and her bond was set at $10,000.  Manor made bond and was released.
