Prayers are going out the family and friends of a missing teen near the area of Lakewood View Rd on Wilson Lake in Colbert County. (Area known as the old Point Restaurant Pier) Emergency crews have been on scene since around 2:30pm today, Colbert County Sheriff's Office is on scene as well as many other agencies from Colbert, Lauderdale and Lawrence Counties and ALEA state troopers. This area is directly in the tri-county area where all three counties come together. We thank everyone for their help and mutual aid between departments, law, fire, medical, marine, EMA and everyone involved. We pray for their safety as they help in this search.

(UPDATE: The body of the missing teen was found later this afternoon in an area of the lake nearby where the incident occurred.  Our prayers go out to this family in their time of sorrow.)
